UK – £4.99    3-5 working days 

UK Next day delivery - £6.99    (If ordered by 1pm) 

UAE delivery - Same day delivery

Europe – £8.99    7-10 working days 

 

Returns

To be eligible for returning your product it must be unopened and in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Shipping returns will be at the cost of the purchaser and please inform info@oudbypre.com  

Once the product has been returned back to the warehouse we will then decide if it meets our conditions for resale. We cannot accept returns which have been used, opened, altered or damaged. If your item has been damaged within 7 days of receiving your order please send us an email.  

Please do not destroy or throw away the products if you suspect it to be faulty. Doing so may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to. 

Refunds will be processed on the same card used to make the original purchase.
